this type of training is so amazing . and the trainers are supper friendly here.they have a good dietitian as well. i have been a member for more than 6 months now

Had a great EMS training session in just 20 mins in Impulse Studio! It was a intense and fun experience that you will never experience before (being electrocuted) 😅 can feel my muscles are fully stretched and torn as i had DOMS the day after the workout. Would recommend to people who are... busy or lazy for gym, and even people who wanna take your workout routines to a whole new level 💪read more

EMS training is of great help for my muscle toning. The best part of this experience is the short workout time , all it takes is twenty minutes and the results is great.

Clean environment with professional trainer. Good experience and workout. Definitely will try it out once they have promotion. Burning fats by using impulses is a whole new experience. Worth to try it out if you're a first timer.

Really enjoyed working out with EMS Training.Takes only 20minutes to do a full body workout and makes me sweat alot!! Good for weight lost... And also toning up muscles I've improved my cardio from EMS Training!! Keep it going guys service are good too!!

Great place, great trainers, great experience.Since I work in the area, it's convenient - I can just get a session done in the afternoon, and get back to work. No gym gear or attire needed.I'm always looking forward to my Impulse sessions!

Every time I go workout at Impulse studio I’m greeted with a smile, offered help in my workouts, and if they don’t see me for a while they send me a message with helpful hints on returning to the gym. Great place to workout. Trained with Saeid, who’s very knowledgeable about fitness and motivated to help. Very clean environment. I do suggest going to Impulse if you’re in the area, you’ll for sure get a very good workout

This place was recommended by a friend and so far I’ve been very happy with the results. Just 25 minutes per workout twice a week has improved my fitness markedly. Most importantly, the trainers are all very friendly and give you all the guidance and motivation you need.
